As the month of July begins, the Executive Chairman of Irepodun/Ifelodun Local Government, Hon. Oluwatuyi Oluwagbenga, has extended his warmest congratulations and heartfelt best wishes to the staff of the Local Government, the good people of Igede, Awo Ekiti, and all residents of the council area, expressing profound gratitude to God Almighty for His unfailing mercy and faithfulness.
According to the Chairman, the successful transition into a new month is yet another testimony to God’s boundless love, preserving grace, and enduring compassion.
He noted that the peace, stability, and harmony enjoyed across Irepodun/Ifelodun Local Government and Ekiti State before, during, and after the governorship election were clear manifestations of divine intervention and deserved sincere thanksgiving.
He emphasized that the atmosphere of peace witnessed throughout the electoral process reflected the maturity, unity, and God-fearing disposition of the people, urging everyone to continue to cherish and preserve these virtues as indispensable foundations for sustainable growth and development.
Hon. Oluwatuyi further encouraged members of staff and the entire populace to remain steadfast in their faith in God, diligent in their respective responsibilities, and unwavering in their commitment to the collective progress of the Local Government.
He stressed that genuine development flourishes where unity, integrity, mutual respect, and selfless service are consciously embraced.
The Chairman also appealed to the people to sustain their prayers for the Governor of Ekiti State and for his administration, asking God to continually endow them with divine wisdom, strength, courage, and the grace required to deliver responsive, transparent, and people-oriented governance.
He reaffirmed that his administration remains resolutely committed to improving the welfare of the people, strengthening grassroots development, promoting peace, and ensuring that Irepodun/Ifelodun Local Government continues to attain greater heights.
He expressed optimism that the new month would usher in fresh opportunities, divine favour, abundant harvests, sound health, lasting peace, and remarkable accomplishments for every family, institution, and community within the Local Government.
Hon. Oluwatuyi concluded by encouraging the people to remain united, hopeful, prayerful, and supportive of every genuine effort aimed at advancing the development of Irepodun/Ifelodun Local Government.
He expressed confidence that, with God’s guidance and the collective cooperation of the people, the council area would continue to stand as a model of peace, progress, and purposeful grassroots governance in Ekiti State.
He wished all the people of Igede, Awo Ekiti, and the entire Irepodun/Ifelodun Local Government a peaceful, prosperous, and divinely rewarding month of July.
