A member of the All Progressives Congress, Hon. Habeeb Idowu Balogun, has called on APC Chieftain & Ibadan Senior Chief, Senator Teslim Folarin to return his Hummer Bus or face police investigation and lawsuit.
Hon. Habeeb, who was an aspirant for the Oyo State House of Assembly in the last elections, claimed that he funded the campaigns and elections of Folarin & Tinubu with over two hundred million naira.
In a viral voice note spanning 18 minutes and 4& seconds which is currently trending on many Whatsapp groups in Oyo State, Hon. Habeeb stated emphatically that Oloye Teslim Folarin donated his Hummer Bus to the Arewa Community in Sabo Area of Ibadan without his knowledge and consent.
According to Habeeb, the bus was provided to ease transportation during the campaigns alone and was not intended to be a gift to the three-time Senator.
Habeeb further stated that Senator Folarin had blocked him on Whatsapp and regular call since 2023 until two days ago when he advised him and ADELABU to stop contesting for the Governorship of Oyo State.
“I will sue you to court and report you to the police to recover my Hummer Bus”, Hon Habeeb concluded.
