The Executive Chairman of Ekameta Local Council Development Area Hon. Dr. Leye Adeniji has joined a host of well-wishers to congratulate the Executive Governor of Ekiti State, His Excellency, Mr. Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji and his Deputy, Chief (Mrs.) Christianah Monisade Afuye on their swearing-in for a second term in office.
In a congratulatory message made available to newsmen on Friday in Ado-Ekiti, the Council boss described the inauguration as a well-deserved reward for four years of purposeful, inclusive and people-oriented leadership.
He noted that Governor Oyebanji’s re-election is a clear endorsement by the people of Ekiti State of his administration’s outstanding performance, anchored on the six-point development agenda which has brought visible transformation across all sectors.
“The Governor has distinguished himself as a true Omoluabi and a compassionate leader who listens. His partnership with Her Excellency, the Deputy Governor, has brought peace, stability and unprecedented development to our dear state,” the Chairman stated.
He expressed optimism that the second term will usher in greater prosperity, massive infrastructural development and consolidation of the gains recorded in the first term.
The Ekameta LCDA Chairman further pledged the total support and loyalty of the people of Ekameta to the Oyebanji-led administration, while praying for wisdom, strength and good health for the Governor and his Deputy to lead Ekiti to greater glory.
