DREAMDREW PROPERTIES REAFFIRMS COMMITMENT TO FCDA-APPROVED PROPERTIES AT AFRICA INTERNATIONAL HOUSING SHOW 2026*

By Salami Abdulrahaman | Abuja

DreamDrew Properties Limited has reaffirmed its commitment to delivering genuine Federal Capital Development Authority (FCDA)-approved properties to Nigerians and investors, underscoring the importance of transparency and credibility in the nation’s real estate sector.

The commitment was reiterated by the company’s Business Development Manager, Hon. Victor Ayamke, during the Africa International Housing Show (AIHS) 2026, held from 13th to 18th July, 2026, at the Transcorp Hilton, Abuja. The event, themed “Housing Solutions for Low Income and Informal Workers in Africa,” brought together policymakers, developers, investors, housing experts, and other stakeholders to discuss practical approaches to addressing Africa’s housing deficit.

Speaking at the event, Ayamke said DreamDrew Properties Limited remains committed to providing clients with legally verified and government-approved properties, noting that all the company’s property offerings are direct FCDA allocations with verifiable titles and approvals.

According to him, the company does not engage in the sale of AMAC lands, a policy he said reflects its commitment to transparency and protecting investors from fraudulent transactions.

“Our mandate at DreamDrew Properties Limited is to provide transparency and security to our clients. Every property we offer is approved by the Federal Capital Development Authority (FCDA) and properly verified. We do not sell AMAC properties,” Ayamke said.

He disclosed that the company currently operates branches in Kaura, Utako, Jikwoyi, Guzape, and Katampe, providing real estate services to individuals and institutional investors across the Federal Capital Territory.

Highlighting some of the company’s ongoing developments, Ayamke said Katampe Extension offers direct FCDA Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) allocation with building approval under a “buy-and-build” model, adding that several subscribers have already commenced construction on their plots.

He also identified Katampe Extension Phase 2 as another FCDA-approved development where plots are available in both square metres and hectares, while Guzape 2 is being marketed through direct FCDA allocation. He noted, however, that developers’ permits for fencing are not currently being issued in the Guzape 2 area.

Ayamke further stated that DreamDrew Properties Limited has additional FCDA-approved properties in strategic locations across Abuja, all available for inspection and independent verification before purchase.

He encouraged prospective homeowners and investors to carry out due diligence before acquiring property and to patronise developers with verifiable documentation and regulatory approvals.

The Africa International Housing Show is regarded as one of Africa’s leading housing and construction exhibitions, providing a platform for dialogue on affordable housing, urban development, real estate investment, and sustainable infrastructure across the continent.
